HOERBIGER invests in young people. After all, their flair and creativity set the pace for the achievements and inventions of tomorrow.

HOERBIGER currently trains over 120 young people in ten technical and commercial fields. For our technical trainees, the apprentice workshop is the centre of their practical training. It is equipped with ultra-modern machinery in a 1500-square-metre space, where experienced professionals teach trainees all the ins and outs of working with state-of-the-art-technology. 

Our apprentice workshop is run like a small company. Orders are acquired, production processes planned and implemented, quality assesments made, deliveries completed on schedule and invoices generated. This allows trainees to think in terms of business processes and deal with projects as a team.
