High pressure applications up to 300bar discharge pressure and 200bar differential pressure set high demands on compressor valve efficiency and reliability. The CM ring valve is able to withstand the extreme conditions in the natural gas industry whilst also delivering energy savings. The impact resistant, ultra robust valve ring material is made from carbon-fibre-reinforced HTCX, one of HOERBIGER's non-metallic grades. This allows for maximum stability and therefore reliable operation of compressors equipped with CM ring valves. A synchronization plate assembly also permits the use of heavy-duty springs whilst ensuring even distribution of spring force.
