The Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme (HREOP) is one part of the ESF. The Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme is one of the multi-objective thematic operational programmes.
The Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme is focused on minimization of unemployment by means of active policy on the labour market, professional education, reintegration of socially excluded citizens into society, improvement of public administration quality and international cooperation in the focused areas.
