This highly efficient valve was developed for high-speed compressors. The double damping system in this valve series assures long life and reliable service.

Process gas application with high pressure 
This advanced design is in response to increased piston speed of air and gas compression equipment. The port design of the HDS valve has been refined to provide improved flow efficiency.
For gas applications where temperature and pressure permits, these valves can also be provided with non-metallic sealing elements.

Every HOERBIGER valve is adaptable to existing pocket dimensions and designed to attain the optimum valve lift, spring load, plate thickness and total valve height, based on the operational data of the individual compressor cylinder.
