- Press cylinders and hydraulic control unit are ideally combined in the integrated IPA press drive.
- All hydraulic valves and sensors necessary for closed-loop control and high retaining are integrated into the one-piece cylinder housing.
- This system is supplemented by the PLM power module. The internal gear pump, hydraulic oil filter with electrical contamination gauge, proportional pressure control and actuation of the suction valves are grouped together in a absolutely compact unit.
- Interfaces on the modules allow the attachment of options.
- In conjunction with a CNC-control unit and a position transducer on the machine a high degree of positioning precision with optimum synchronous operation is achieved.
- The hydraulic control unit fulfils UVV guidelines and is certified by the professional association.
