The testing facilities of HOERBIGER encompass more than 40 component and system test installations for conducting extensive testing in the fields of fundamental tribology, synchronizers, multi-disk clutches, and disk brakes.
The test benches allow single-stage, multi-stage, and load spectrum analyses and meet the stringent requirements of the HOERBIGER quality system.
The testing equipment, which is standardized according to DKA and CEC, helps to obtain results that can be applied to and are generally recognized in the automotive industry.
Using comprehensive measuring technology, we can capture and evaluate nearly all functional system criteria. HOERBIGER is in a position to conduct shifting comfort analyses on transmission test benches and in the vehicle and determine the behavior of friction clutches as a function of the electro-hydraulic controls.
